About Chuck Roxin, the business advisor
Chuck Roxin is a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants. This designation is held by less than 10% of management consultants in the US. He began his first business in 1983, and has worked with companies a small as a one person start up to global engineering and manufacturing corporations. He has also worked with companies at all stages of growth, from start up, through growth and maturity, to mergers and other types of exits. An advisor to local Angel Investors, he reviews over a dozen business plans monthly, and offers periodic seminars on advnaced topics for entrepreneurs.
About The Program
This program is based on a proven model of business growth. In summary, to be successful an entrepreneur,
1. Must have a business idea for which there is a proven market,
2. Must be able to deliver the service or product promised, and
3. Must be able to sell the service or product for more than it costs to produce and deliver.
That defines profitability and a viable business.There are many fads in entrepreneurship, most of which are unproven. We will not present these.
The program is ACTION oriented. Our focus is on what actions you can take NOW to build your business. It is also SKILL oriented. We will work on what you need to be able do to build your business. If you don't know how, we'll teach you.
